Since 2010, The Horror Host Hall of Fame have been inducting 13 hosts in the hall every year. The 2012 inductees are Elvira, Dr. Cadavarino, Bob Wilkins, The Host, Chilly Billy, Stella, Joe Bob Briggs, Dr. Paul Bearer, Mr. Mephisto, Crematia Mortem, Big Chuck, Little John, and Fritz the Night Owl.

In the third episode of Fetish Vomitorium Theater, Lucien Eisenach is joined by Kitty Lazereyes, Lizzie Boredom, and Dr. Arnold Feltbody, M.D. as he presents the movie Teenagers from Outer Space and Bondage Bob shows a cartoon.
Ormon Grimsby, the host of Monster Creature Feature, directed and appeared in a music video for the band Radio Cult's song Saturday Midnight Double Feature.
In 1991, Joe Bob Briggs aired a series of "Horror Host Hall of Fame" episodes of Joe Bob's Drive-In Theater in which he was joined by other horror hosts, including Elvira, Ghoulardi, John Stanley, and Zacherley. The October 5, 1991 episode had Zacherley joining Joe Bob to present the movies Killer and Jakarta.
