Ormon Grimsby, the host of Monster Creature Feature, directed and appeared in a music video for the band Radio Cult's song Saturday Midnight Double Feature.
In 1991, Joe Bob Briggs aired a series of "Horror Host Hall of Fame" episodes of Joe Bob's Drive-In Theater in which he was joined by other horror hosts, including Elvira, Ghoulardi, John Stanley, and Zacherley. The October 5, 1991 episode had Zacherley joining Joe Bob to present the movies Killer and Jakarta.
