The Ghoul Halloween


Cleveland, Ohio horror host The Ghoul revived the Ghoulardi character in 1971 and continues to this day, although on the internet.

For the record, Ron Sweed didn't "revive the Ghoulardi character "; he merely provided a Dollar General knock-off.
