Dr. Paul Bearer's 20th anniversary as host of Creature Feature was celebrated in 1993 with the mayor of Tampa Bay, Florida, Sandy Freedman, declaring October 30th as Dr. Paul Bearer Day. To tie in with events, Dr. Bearer hosted a Creature Feature 20th Anniversary Show, which was broadcast live from the Busch Gardens amusement park. It featured clips from past shows.
