Doctor Madblood at The Downtown Norfolk Grand Illumination


In 2008, Doctor Madblood, from Doctor Madblood Presents, was the judge at the Downtown Norfolk Grand Illumination and Parade, in Virgina. While he was there, he gave a behind the scenes look at the event and interviewed participants.
